摘  要:针对彩砂生产线生产过程中难以实时掌握生产信息、快速转产困难、故障定位困难以及可视化程度低等问题,设计开发了一种面向彩砂生产线的三维可视化监控系统。通过分析彩砂生产线的监控功能需求,结合彩砂生产工艺流程,提出了彩砂生产线分布式控制方案,并构建了基于实时数据驱动的三维可视化监控系统总体技术框架;通过对生产信息实时采集、传输与处理,同时基于WebGL和模型轻量化技术,解决了用户侧加载复杂3D场景卡顿的问题。最后通过企业现场试验对可视化监控系统功能进行验证。研究结果表明:系统数据延时小于1 s,系统渲染帧率维持在每秒60帧,系统可视化效果满足实际使用需求。Aiming at the difficulties of grasping the production information in real-time,rapid production-change,fault diagnosis,and low degree of visualization in colored sand production line,a visual monitoring system in 3 D has been developed.By analyzing the monitoring requirements and the processing steps of the colored sand production line,a distributed control scheme has been proposed in this paper.The overall technical framework of 3 D visualization monitoring system based on real-time data-driven is constructed.Through the real-time collection,transmission,and processing of the production information,the problem of stuttering when loading complex 3 D scenes on the user side has been solved based on WebGL and model lightweight technology.Functional verification of the visual monitoring system has been conducted through enterprise field test.The results demonstrate that data delay of the system was less than 1 s,the system rendering frame rate was maintained at 60,and the visualization can meet the requirement of practical applications.
