摘  要:针对彩砂生成线生产工艺复杂、设备控制节点分散所导致的线体管理与维护困难等问题,设计并开发了一种集线体控制与管理于一体的彩砂生成线管控系统;采用CC-Link现场总线互联线体各设备,并由本地主机监控软件实时获取线体设备信息;提出一种基于能耗数据的滑动均值统计法,以及一种基于顺序控制模式的超时限故障诊断法,以实现线体故障的准确判定与故障定位;故障信息由远程数据终端以短消息提醒的方式发送至各设备维管人员,并由其竞争应答确认维护作业信息,从而实现线体设备有效有序的维护与管理。经现场运行验证,本彩砂生成线所采用的管控一体化模式与管控分离的方式相比,达到了降低线体巡检作业强度、减少维管人员数量的目标,取得了较好的实际效益。Facing the difficulties in management and maintenance of the colored sand production lines caused by its complicated production process and numerous nodes,a management-control integration system for the colored sand production lines was designed and developed.Equipment of the production line were interconnected through the CC-Link bus,while real-time information of the equipment was acquired by local host monitoring software.A sliding mean statistic method for line fault diagnosis based on energy consumption data,as well as a timeout limit fault diagnosis method for equipment based on sequential control mode were proposed to realize accurate fault judgment and fault locating respectively.Fault information transmitted from the remote terminal units through a short message was sent to maintenance operators,who will confirm the operation information through competitive response mode.Thus,effective and orderly maintenance and management of line equipment can be achieved.Compared with the former dispersed mode,the advantages of the management-control integration mode for colored sand production line were verified through field test,which has reached the aim of reducing maintenance inspection intensity and decreasing the number of maintenance operators.
