摘 要:针对ZB45型硬盒包装机的片弹簧容易产生塑性变形致使烟包倒伏和侧边弹开,影响生产效率的问题,在综合考虑该包装机输出通道的空间布局、片弹簧刚度等前提下,提出了变刚度片弹簧的设计和计算方法。首先根据ZB45型硬盒包装机中片弹簧结构布局与分析,确定新型片弹簧基本形态;然后根据片弹簧的基本形态,建立片弹簧各基本参数与压紧力的关系;并根据烟包压紧的工艺需求,计算出片弹簧的各项结构参数;最后以一个实例验证了所提出方法的可行性。Plastic deformation of the original leaf spring causes the cigarette pack to fall and the sides bounce,which thus affects the production efficiency.To cope with this problem,the structure and working principle of the leaf spring used in the ZB45 hard box packaging machine are investigated.Under the premise of comprehensively considering the spatial layout of the output channel of the ZB45 hard box packaging machine and the stiffness of the leaf spring,the design and calculation method of the variable stiffness leaf spring is proposed.It includes three steps:1)The structural analysis of the leaf spring.2)Finding out the relationship between the basic parameters of the leaf spring and the pressing force.3)Working out the structural parameters of the leaf spring according to the process requirements.Finally,a practical example has been built and used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
