摘 要:针对医疗器械产品配置设计优化问题,提出了一种加入基于Powell 法的自适应局部搜索算子的改进NSGA-Ⅲ算法。以成本、时间、可靠性为目标函数,采用约束违反度作为度量配置方案可行性的指标,将约束优化问题转化为无约束优化问题。基于混沌搜索初始化种群,保证初始种群在决策变量空间上的遍历性与均匀性。将所提方法与常见的产品配置问题求解算法对比,并应用于某医疗器械制造企业的产品配置优化问题,通过结果分析与性能对比,证明了该算法的可行性与有效性。To improve the design of medical apparatus product configuration,an altered NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm with an adaptive local search operator based on the Powell method is proposed.The cost,time,and reliability were set as the objective functions.By using the degree of constraint violation as an index for measuring the feasibility of the configuration scheme,the constrained optimization problem is then transformed into an unconstrained optimization problem.A chaotic search method was used to ensure the ergodicity and uniformity of the initial population in the decision variable space.The proposed method is compared with common product configuration problem-solving algorithms,and applied to the product configuration optimization problem of a medical apparatus manufacturer.The result analysis and performance comparison prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
