摘  要:紧急订单是目前面向订单生产环境下企业面临的一项重要难题,针对该问题,提出了基于预测和成本分析的提前备货方法。首先建立了基于ANFIS的紧急订单产品类型预测模型,利用数据分析软件对产品需求特点进行拟合分析,然后对备货涉及的成本进行分析,建立了最优备货数量模型,最后通过案例企业HD公司的生产数据验证了备货模型的可行性。Rush order is an important problem for enterprises in the order-oriented production environment nowadays.To better cope with this problem,a method of pre-stocking based on forecast and cost analysis has been proposed.Firstly,a prediction model of emergency order product type based on ANFIS was established.Next,the characteristics of product demand were fitted and analyzed by the data analysis software.Then,the cost involved in the stocking was analyzed to establish an optimal stocking quantity model.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by the production data of the HD company.
