摘 要:针对Halbach型永磁同步直线电机次级主要尺寸对其电磁推力影响大的问题,介绍了一种以Halbach阵列永磁体作为次级的永磁同步直线电机。通过有限元仿真分析其次级永磁体结构参数、永磁体材料、背铁厚度对电磁推力的影响,优化设计了永磁同步直线电机的次级结构尺寸;同时通过与径向阵列次级的永磁同步直线电机比较,发现Halbach型次级具有增大推力与减小背铁厚度的优势。The feature size of the secondary winding in Halbach permanent magnet linear synchronous motor greatly impacts the electromagnetic thrust.To optimize the feature size,secondary winding consists of Halbach array inside a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is developed in this work.FEA simulation for investigating the materials,structural parameters of the secondary permanent magnet,and the thickness of the rear iron has been conducted to evaluate corresponding impacts on the electromagnetic thrust,and to optimize the structural dimensions of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor.Comparing with the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with radial arrayed secondary windings,Halbach secondary winding has the advantages of improved thrust and size reduced rear iron.
