西药房提升药学服务质量的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨西药房提升药学服务质量的临床价值和有效措施。方法:选取西药房开展药学服务质量提升前后不同时间段,通过多途径提升药学服务质量,并以调查问卷的形式评价药学服务质量提升工作,以临床患者对药学服务质量改善情况进行评分,比较药学服务提升前后西药房药学服务满意程度。结果:2014年开展药学服务质量提升后,与2013年比较,西药房门诊差错率明显降低,患者满意度逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年深入开展药学服务质量提升,门诊调配差错率和患者满意度较2014年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年患者对所使用药物的熟悉程度为71.9%,高于2014年、2013年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年西药房药师专业知识考核成绩比2013、2014年提升,药师对相关药学知识的掌握程度大幅度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面提升药学服务质量可显著降低临床调配差错率,明显增加患者治疗满意度,主动性的服务意识可以给患者提供更多的用药信息和建议,极大的提高了医院的服务水平。Objective:To explore the clinical value and effective measures of improving pharmaceutical care quality of Western pharmacies.Methods:Different time periods before and after the improvement of pharmaceutical care quality of Western pharmacies were selected.The pharmaceutical care quality was improved by multiple ways,and the quality improvement of pharmaceutical care quality was evaluated by questionnaires.The improvement of pharmaceutical care quality was evaluated by clinical patients,and the satisfaction degree of pharmaceutical care in Western pharmacies before and after the improvement of pharmaceutical care was compared.Results:After the improvement of pharmaceutical care quality in 2014,the error rate of outpatient clinics in Western pharmacies was significantly reduced,and the satisfaction degree of patients gradually increased compared with those in 2013,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement of pharmaceutical care quality was developed deeply in 2015,and the outpatient mismatch rate and the satisfaction degree of patients increased compared with those in 2014,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In 2015,the familiarity of patients to the drugs used was 71.9%,which was higher than that in 2014 and 2013,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In 2015,the professional knowledge assessment scores of pharmacist in Western pharmacies were improved compared with those in 2013 and 2014,and the pharmacists’mastery to relevant pharmaceutical knowledge was greatly improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive improvement of pharmaceutical care quality can significantly reduce the clinical allocation error rate and significantly increase the satisfaction degree of patients,and active service awareness can provide patients with more drug use information and recommendations and greatly improve the service level of the hospital.
