摘　　要：目的:探讨《景岳全书·血证》组方用药规律及张景岳治疗血证的学术思想。方法:收集《景岳全书·血证》中的方剂,建立方剂数据库,采用中医传承计算平台V3.0软件分析方剂中的组方用药规律。结果:共收录方剂136首,涉及中药157味,使用频次较高药物31味(频次≥7),排名前5位分别为:甘草(65)、人参(42)、茯苓(36)、当归(32)、熟地黄(30),药物四气以温、寒为主,五味以甘、苦为主,归经以脾经最多,功效以补虚类药最高,核心药物组合26组,药物关联规则9条,K-means聚类得到新方4首。结论:通过中医传承计算平台V3.0软件揭示了《景岳全书·血证》用药规律,治法上重视调补气血,亦不忽视祛除火热外邪,擅补脾肺元气,滋养肝肾命门精血,体现了张景岳论治血证的学术思想,为现代临床治疗出血性疾病提供参考。Objective:To explore the medication regularities and academic thoughts for the treatment of Xuezheng(血证)in Jing Yue’s Collected Works(Jing Yue Quan Shu)·Xuezheng.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of Xuezheng in Jing Yue’s Collected Works·Xuezheng were collected for establishing a prescription database.The medication regularities were analyzed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS,V3.0).Results:A total of 136 prescriptions were collected,involving 157 Chinese herbal medicines,31 of which were used frequently with frequency≥7.The top five were Gancao(甘草)(65),Renshen(人参)(42),Fuling(茯苓)(36),Danggui(当归)(32),and Shudihuang(熟地黄)(30).The majority of Chinese herbal medicines were Wen(温)and Han(寒)in Qi(气)and Gan(甘)and Ku(苦)in Wei(味),acting on Pijing(脾经),and they were responsible for Buxu(补虚).Twenty-six core combinations and nine drug association rules were obtained,and four new prescriptions were obtained by K-means clustering analysis.Conclusion:The medication regularities in Jing Yue’s Collected Works·Xuezheng were revealed by TCMISS.Zhang Jingyue focused on Tiaoqi(调气)and Buxue(补血)without ignoring Quhuo(祛火)and Chure(除热).Besides,he was good at Buyuanqi(补元气)in Pi(脾)and Fei(肺)and Zijing(滋精)and Yangxue(养血)in Gan(肝)and Shen(肾).The medication regularities reflected the academic thoughts of Zhang Jingyue of treating Xuezheng,which has provided references for modern clinical treatment of hemorrhagic diseases.
