地黄饮子加减联合西药治疗神经梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者女,64岁,行走不稳3年余,加重伴排尿困难2 d。查血提示:梅毒特异性抗体呈阳性反应;梅毒非特异性抗体(定性):+++;梅毒非特异性抗体(半定量):1∶4+。腰椎穿刺脑脊液送检:VDRL(+)。诊断:神经梅毒(脊髓痨)。予以头孢曲松2 g,1次/d静滴联合地黄饮子加减治疗,临床症状逐渐消退,效果显著。A 64-year-old female presented with unsteady walking for more than 3 years and dysuria for 2 days. Blood test showed: syphilis specific antibody: positive reaction;Non specific antibody of syphilis(qualitative):+++;Non specific antibody of syphilis(semi quantitative): 1∶4+. Lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid examination: VDRL(+). The diagnosis of neurosyphilis(tuberculosis of spinal cord) was made, and 2 g of ceftriaxone sodium one time a day ivgtt combined with Dihuangyinzi was given. After treatment and follow-up, the clinical symptoms gradually subsided, and the effect was significant.
