中药药烫辅助RICE治疗踝关节扭伤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药药烫辅助RICE[休息(Rest);水敷(Ice);加压(Compassion);高处(Elevation)]治疗踝关节扭伤临床疗效。方法:将柳州市中医医院2019年10月-2020年10年因踝关节扭伤至急诊诊病98例患者,按照随机双盲原则,随机分为两组,对照组(49例)常规RICE治疗,观察组(49例)在常规RICE治疗基础上运用辅助中药药熨治疗。结果:观察组总有效率疼痛视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、肿胀值及美国矫形足踝协会踝-后足评分系统评分优于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:中药药烫辅助RICE治疗踝关节扭伤效果优于常规RICE治疗,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing assisted RICE(Rest,Ice,Compassion,Elevation)in treating ankle sprain.Methods:98 patients with ankle sprain in Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of random double-blind.The control group(49 cases)was treated with conventional RICE,and the observation group(49 cases)was treated with auxiliary Chinese medicine ironing on the basis of conventional RICE treatment.Results:The total efflect rate,visual analog scale(VAS)score,swelling value,and AOFAS-AHS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing assisted RICE treatment is better than conventional RICE treatment in treating ankle sprain,which is worth popularizing.
