摘 要:工业互联网是国家发展战略之一,是IT、CT、OT和工业经验的融合,其高质量发展需要高技能人才的支撑。技能竞赛可以开拓学生专业视野,提升工程实践能力,是培养高技能人才的关键途径。在深入分析全国性工业互联网竞赛赛项的基础上,从竞赛级别、竞赛内容与专业知识的对应关系出发,构建了“矩阵式”工业互联网竞赛体系。通过系统研究、交流讨论和实践论证,构建了包括技能训练/竞赛平台、指导团队、参训参赛学生、成果收获在内的工业互联网高技能人才培养体系。该体系覆盖面广,学生参与度高,推动教师专业能力和教学水平明显提升,促进高技能人才培养取得显著成果。Industrial internet is one of the national development strategies.It is the integration of IT,CT,OT and industrial experience.High-quality development requires the support of high-skilled talents.Skills competition can broaden students’professional horizons and improve engineering practice ability,which is a key way to cultivate high-skilled talents.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the national industrial internet competition items,starting from the corresponding relationship between competition level,competition contents and professional knowledge,a“matrix”industrial internet competition system was constructed.Through systematic research,discussion,and practical demonstration,a high-skilled talent training system for the industrial internet has been constructed,including a skills training/competition platform,a mentoring team,participating students,and results harvested.The system has a wide coverage and a high degree of student participation,which has promoted the significant improvement of teachers’professional ability and teaching level,and promoted the cultivation of high-skilled talents to achieve remarkable results.
