摘  要:任职教育是一种以职业为导向的专门知识、专门能力和专业素养教育。用"金课"标准"质检"任职教育课程质量,主要存在内容与任职需求脱节、知识与任职能力分离、能动性与自主性不足等问题。为提高任职教育院校的教育教学水平,突出任职教育整合、技能和能力等特征,任职教育"金课"建设要以课堂为主战场,围绕为什么教、教什么、怎么教,打造底色亮、内容新、方法优、考核活的任职教育精品课程,加强教员能力素质建设,全面提高教学质量。Professional education is a kind of vocational oriented education of specialized knowledge,specialized ability and professional quality.There are some problems,such as the disconnection between content and job demand,the separation of knowledge and competence,and the lack of initiative and autonomy,in applying the"golden course"standard to"check"the quality of professional education course.In order to improve the education and teaching level of professional education institutions,and highlight the characteristics of the integration,skills and abilities of professional education,the construction of"golden course"of professional education should focus on classroom,centering on why,what and how to teach,to create high-quality teaching courses with bright background,new content,excellent methods and lively assessment,strengthen the construction of teachers’ability and quality,and comprehensively improve the teaching quality.
