摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种机制复杂、发病原因不明的原发性中枢退行性疾病,目前尚缺乏有效防治方法。肠道微生物可通过肠道和大脑间的双向信息交流影响AD的发展。近年国内外的研究表明,微生物-肠-脑轴在AD调控方面具有重要的作用,许多物质可通过该途径影响AD的发展进程。综述微生物-肠-脑轴与AD间的关系,以及益生菌和中药通过微生物-肠-脑轴对AD的调节,以期为AD的机制研究和治疗提供参考。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a primary central degenerative disease with complicated mechanism and unknown etiology.At present,there is no effective prevention and treatment method for AD.Gut microbiota can influence AD development through a bidirectional information exchange between the gut and brain.Recent studies have shown that the microbial-gut-brain axis plays an important role in the regulation of AD,and many substances can influence the development of AD through this pathway.In this paper,the interaction between microbiota-gut-brain axis and AD as well as the regulation of AD by probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine through microbiota-gut-brain axis were reviewed in order to provide the reference for the study of the mechanism and treatment of AD.
