摘　　要：虫类药物是动物药的重要组成部分,临床运用虫类药物治疗重症肌无力(MG)时,多取其补益培本、熄风止痉、活血化瘀、通络止痛、攻积散结等独特作用,但虫类药物药性峻猛,具有寒热偏性等特性,因此需根据虫类药物的共性及特性,灵活选择,进行合理配伍。根据MG不同阶段的发病机制及致病特点,分别从风、毒、瘀、虚论治MG,将虫类药分为祛风类、解毒类、活血化瘀及扶正类,在MG的治疗中要辨证、恰当的使用虫类药物以提高临床疗效,提高MG患者的生存质量。在继承前人的基础上,结合现代药理研究,将虫类药物的功效及特性与实际临床运用相结合,为临床运用虫类药物治疗MG提供一定的思路与方法。Insect drugs are the important part of animal drugs.When insect drugs are used to treat myasthenia gravis(MG)in clinic,they have many unique functions,such as tonifying and reinforcing the root,calming the wind and stopping spasm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,attacking accumulation and dispersing knots.However,insect drugs have strong properties,such as cold and heat bias.Therefore,it is necessary to flexibly select and reasonably mix insect drugs according to their generality and characteristics.According to the pathogenesis and pathogenic characteristics of MG in different stages,insect drugs are divided into dispelling wind,detoxification,activating blood and removing blood stasis and strengthening the vital Qi types.In the treatment of MG,insect drugs should be used according to syndrome differentiation appropriately to improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of MG patients.In this paper,on the basis of inheriting the predecessors,combined with modern pharmacological research,the efficacy and characteristics of insect drugs were combined with the actual clinical application,which provided some ideas and methods for the clinical application of insect drugs in the treatment of MG.
