基于fMRI技术探讨针刺治疗脑卒中阴阳经选穴脑效应差异

摘　　要：脑卒中是目前人类死亡和致残的主要原因之一,极大地增加了个人及社会的负担。基于功能磁共振成像技术(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI),从阴阳经选穴方案切入,以期通过分析近10年针刺治疗脑卒中过程中阳经穴位、阴经穴位和阴阳经穴位共选在静息态fMRI(resting-state fMRI,rsfMRI)和任务态fMRI(task-based fMRI,tbfMRI)中所影响脑区的异同,进而优化临床针刺治疗脑卒中选穴方案,并对未来针刺治疗脑卒中fMRI研究范式提出合理建议。Stroke is one of the major causes of human death and disability,which greatly increases the burden on individuals and society.This review regarded the meridian-based acupoints selection plan as the basis,and then analyzed the similarities and differences of the brain effects in resting-state fMRI(rsfMRI)and task-based fMRI(tbfMRI)induced by acupuncture at acupoints of Yang meridians,Yin meridians or both of them for treating stroke patients from the literature on fMRI of the past decade,to optimize the acupoints selection for the treatment of stroke and put forward reasonable suggestions for the future stroke-related-fMRI researches.
