摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是与各类基础性代谢疾病密切相关的慢性疾病。积极控制AD早期不同代谢障碍病证的发生发展,是防治AD的重要策略。糖尿病是AD的重要风险因素,预防和控制糖尿病可以有效降低老年罹患AD的风险。因此,探讨AD与糖尿病的相关性对进一步了解AD发病机制及防治方法具有十分重要的意义,而中药及其复方的多成分、多靶点、多通路的作用模式,对病理复杂的AD的防治更具综合优势。从AD与糖尿病之间的病理联系入手,对抗糖尿病中药防治AD的研究现状进行分析,为AD的防治和中药新药开发提供理论参考。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a chronic and complex condition that is closely related to underlying metabolic disorders.Active control of the development of different metabolic disorders in the early stages of AD is an important strategy in the prevention and treatment of AD.Diabetes mellitus is an important risk factor for AD,and preventing and controlling it can effectively reduce the risk of developing AD in old age.Therefore,it is very important to explore the correlation between AD and diabetes mellitus to further understand the pathogenesis and prevention methods of AD,and the multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway properties of traditional Chinese medicine and its compound formulae have more comprehensive advantages for the prevention and treatment of AD with complex pathology.This article analyzed the current status of research on the prevention and treatment of AD in antidiabetic Chinese medicine,starting from the pathological link between AD and diabetes mellitus,and provided theoretical references for the prevention and treatment of AD and the development of new Chinese medicines.
