摘 要:目的:通过模型预测蔓荆子生境适宜区及道地产区,筛选影响蔓荆子药材道地性的主要环境因素,为蔓荆子潜在产区的开发提供指导性建议。方法:通过汇总全国第四次中药资源普查相关数据、结合文献整理,获取单叶蔓荆的分布信息581条,经筛选后得到有效信息309条,道地产区分布数据30条,环境因子62个,运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)预测适宜区及道地产区,分析影响单叶蔓荆分布的主要环境因子。结果:评价模型精度较高,预测符合蔓荆子道地产区的面积达28897.3 km^(2),筛选出影响蔓荆子药材道地性的主要环境因子分别为海拔、最干季度降水量、年平均气温、昼夜温差月均值、最湿季度降水量、最暖季度平均温度。结论:与常用的MaxEnt模型对单叶蔓荆分布预测模式相比,该方法更适宜道地性分布的研究,其研究结果可为蔓荆子种植技术的提高及产业的发展提供重要的参考依据。Objective:To predict the suitable habitat areas and authentic production areas of Vitex rotundifolia by the model,and to screen the main environmental factors affecting the authenticity of Vitex rotundifolia,so as to provide guidance for the development of potential production areas of Vitex rotundifolia.Methods:581 pieces of distribution information of Vitex rotundifolia were obtained by summarizing relevant data of the fourth national survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources and combing with literature.After screening,309 valid information,30 distribution data of authentic production areas and 62 environmental factors were obtained.The maximum entropy model(MaxEnt)was used to predict the suitable areas and genuine production areas,and the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Vitex rotundifolia were analyzed.Results:The evaluation model had a high accuracy,and the predicted area of Vitex rotundifolia production area was 28897.3 km2.The main environmental factors affecting the authentic production areas of Vitex rotundifolia were altitude,precipitation in the driest quarter,annual average temperature,monthly mean temperature difference between day and night,precipitation in the wettest quarter and average temperature in the warmest quarter.Conclusion:Compared with the commonly used MaxEnt model for the distribution prediction model of Vitex rotundifolia,this method is more suitable for the study of the authentic distribution of Vitex rotundifolia,and the results can provide an important reference for the improvement of the planting technology and the development of the industry of Vitex rotundifolia.
