摘　　要：LEED是世界范围内重要的绿色建筑评价标准之一。文章概括了LEED评价体系的最新发展状况,阐述了LEED BD+C可持续建筑评价体系的基本内容,以旧金山公用事业委员会总部为例,介绍了绿色建筑实践案例中需要注意的重要方面,可以为我国绿色建筑评价标准的修订提供参考。LEED is one of the most important Assessment standard for green building worldwide.The article summarizes the latest development of the LEED evaluation system and describes the basic content of the LEED BD+C sustainable building evaluation system.Taking the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Headquarter as examples,this paper introduces important aspects that need to be paid attention to in practical cases,and can provide reference for the revision of Chinese Green Building Assessment Standard.
