成对器官研究设计方法,附大鼠两侧睾丸附睾质量差异分析

摘  要:基于抽样原理,对于组织结构与功能相同的成对器官,我们可随机抽选一侧器官(例如不同个体左侧、右侧器官交替选择)来研究。成对器官也可用于配对设计研究:一侧器官进行实验干预,另一侧器官作为对照。本文研究了4组4~14周龄正常雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠的双侧睾丸和附睾的质量。结果显示,睾丸、附睾、附睾头部、附睾体部或附睾尾部左侧与右侧质量相比,都无显著的侧别差异:配对t检验的P值都大于0.05。For paired organs with the same histological structures and functions,we can randomly sample one organ on one side(e.g.left and right organs alternately chosen from different individuals)for study based on sampling principles.Paired organs can also be studied with a paired design:one organ is subjected to experimental intervention while the other organ serves as a control.This paper studied the weights of the bilateral testes and epididymides in 4 groups of normal male Sprague-Dawley rats aged4-14 weeks.The results showed that there were no significant lateral differences between the left and right sides in the weights of the testes,epididymides,epididymal heads,epididymal bodies or epididymal tails in weights:the P values of the paired t tests were larger than 0.05.
