摘 要:TC4钛合金因其优异的力学性能等特点,在医用材料领域应用较广,但其生物活性差等问题亟待改进,因此有必要对其进行表面改性,提高生物相容性。本文采取水热合成技术在TC4微弧氧化涂层表面合成出含HA的TiO_(2)涂层,探究反应液中La(NO_(3))_(3)含量对TC4钛合金水热涂层的润湿性与耐蚀性的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、接触角测量仪和电化学工作站等对TC4钛合金水热涂层的相组成、表面形貌、接触角和极化曲线等进行表征。研究结果表明:通过水热处理,可以在TC4钛合金微弧氧化涂层表面引入羟基磷灰石(HAp)。La(NO_(3))_(3)含量增加有助于提高羟基磷灰石(HAp)的生成量。随着La(NO_(3))_(3)含量增加,水热涂层中微孔孔径减小,涂层的接触角逐渐降低。水热合成液中La(NO_(3))_(3)含量增加,导致涂层的腐蚀电位略有提高。与合成液中未添加La(NO_(3))_(3)的涂层相比,合成液中含有La(NO_(3))_(3)涂层的腐蚀电流降低一个数量级,耐蚀性提高。TC4 titanium alloy is widely used in the field of medical materials due to its excellent mechanical properties,but its poor bioactivity and other problems need to be improved,so it is necessary to modify its surface to improve biocompatibility.In this paper,a TiO_(2)coating containing HA was synthesized on the surface of micro-arc oxidation coating of TC4 alloy by a hydrothermal synthesis technology.The influence of La(NO_(3))_(3)content in the reaction solution on the wettability and corrosion resistance of hydrothermal coating of TC4 alloy was investigated.The phase composition,surface morphology,contact Angle and polarization curve of TC4 hydrothermal coating were characterized using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,contact angle measuring instrument and electrochemical workstation.The results show that TiO_(2)coating containing HA(HA-TiO_(2))can be introduced on the surface of micro arc oxidation coating of TC4 titanium alloy by hydrothermal treatment.Increased La(NO_(3))_(3)content helps to increase the production of hydroxyapatite(HAp),decrease the pore size of the coating and the contact angle of the coating.The increase of La(NO_(3))_(3)content in hydrothermal synthesis solution results in a slight increase in the corrosion potential of the coating.Compared with the coating in the synthetic solution without La(NO_(3))_(3)added,the corrosion current containing the La(NO_(3))_(3)coating in the synthetic liquid decreased by an order of magnitude,and the corrosion resistance of the coating improved.
