摘 要:针对TC4钛合金生物活性弱等问题,本文尝试通过微弧氧化技术对TC4钛合金进行表面改性处理,旨在获得含生物活性物质HA的TiO_(2)涂层。在乙酸钙-六偏磷酸钠电解液体系中掺杂不同含量稀土盐Er(NO_(3))_(3),研究Er(NO_(3))_(3)掺杂对TC4 MAO涂层相组成、显微硬度、摩擦因数和涂层结合力等参数的影响作用。结果表明,在乙酸钙-六偏磷酸钠电解液体系下通过微弧氧化涂技术可以在TC4合金表面一步生成含有HA的TiO_(2)涂层。TC4微弧氧化涂层以金红石型TiO_(2)和羟基磷灰石(HAp)为主晶相,并伴随有少量Er_(2)O_(3)相生成。随着Er(NO_(3))_(3)掺杂量增加,涂层显微硬度先增加后减小。当Er(NO_(3))_(3)掺杂量达到1.5 g/L时,涂层显微硬度达到最大值,约为279.3 HV_(1)。此时涂层的摩擦因数最小,在0.25~0.35之间,且涂层的结合力最大,约为12.5 N左右。当电解液中Er(NO_(3))_(3)掺杂量达到1.5 g/L时,获得的微弧氧化涂层耐磨性最好。In view of the weak biological activity of TC4 titanium alloy,this work attempted to modify the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by micro-arc oxidation technology in order to obtain TiO_(2)coating containing bioactive HA.The influence of different amount doping of Er(NO_(3))_(3),a rare earth salt,into calcium acetate and sodium hexametaphosphate electrolyte system on the phase composition,microhardness,friction coefficient and coating adhesion of TC4 micro-arc oxidation coating was investigated.The results showed that TiO_(2)coating containing HA can be prepared on the surface of TC4 alloy in one step method by micro-arc oxidation coating technology in the electrolyte system of calcium acetate and sodium hexametaphosphate.Microarc oxidation coating of TC4 alloy was composed of rutile TiO_(2)and hydroxyapatite(HA),accompanied by a small amount of Er_(2)O_(3).With the increase of Er(NO_(3))_(3)doping amount,the microhardness of the coating increases first and then decreases.When the doping amount of Er(NO_(3))_(3)reached 1.5 g/L,the microhardness of the coating reached the maximum value about 279.3 HV_(1).At this time,the friction coefficient of the coating was the lowest,between 0.25 and 0.35,and the bonding force of the coating was the largest,about 12.5 N.When the doping amount of Er(NO_(3))_(3)in electrolyte was about 1.5 g/L,the microarc oxidation coating of TC4 alloy obtained has the best wear resistance.
