摘  要:导线压接在架线施工中尤为关键,导线压接后的质量检测一直是科学工作者和现场施工人员面临的重要问题。针对现有的碳纤维芯导线X射线检测设备无法应用于工程现场等问题,本文进行了改进工作;开展了碳纤维芯导线压接DR图像处理算法的研究工作,获得了清晰的复合芯成像;开展了碳纤维芯导线压接质量评价方法的研究工作,提出了检测的判据及缺陷的处理建议;为碳纤维芯导线压接质量检测提供了科学、完整的技术手段,并首次在国内完成了碳纤维芯导线压接质量无损检测技术的工程现场应用。Conductor crimping is critical in wireline construction.Quality inspection after conductor crimping has always been an important issue for scientists and field construction workers.Since the existing X-ray detection equipment for carbon fiber conductor cannot be applied in the field,this paper did some work to improve that.Image processing algorithm was carried out for a DR image of carbon fiber core conductor crimping and the clear composite core image was obtained.The quality evaluation method of carbon fiber core conductor bonding was studied,the criterion of testing and the suggestion of defect treatment were proposed.It provides a scientific and complete technical means for the quality inspection of carbon fiber conductor crimping,and for the first time in China completed the field application of non-destructive testing technology on the crimping quality of carbon fiber composite core conductors.
