摘  要:本文以30 mm中厚纯钼板为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法建立钼板轧制过程的刚塑性有限元模型,参考当前钼板轧制工艺条件和工艺参数对轧制结果场变量的影响规律制定了一多道次轧制方案,通过DEFORM-3D进行求解和仿真,最终分析了该多道次轧制方案下工艺参数对钼板热塑性变形的影响机理、应力应变场、破坏能量、轧制力等场变量的影响情况。数值模拟的仿真结果显示本实验方案能量破坏值较小、应力应变、轧制力分布均匀,证实了多道次轧制变形方案的合理性;同时对工艺参数的影响情况分析提供了多道次方案制定的一些思路,通过仿真实验能控制和预测钼板轧制质量,减少重复实验研究的次数,降低实验研究成本。In this paper,30 mm medium thickness pure molybdenum plate is taken as the research object.Firstly,the rigid plastic finite element model of rolling process of molybdenum plate was established by numerical simulation.Secondly,a multi-pass rolling scheme was developed according to the current rolling process conditions of molybdenum plate and the influence law of process parameters on the rolling result field variables.Then the finite element model was solved and simulated by DEFORM-3D.Finally,the influence mechanism,stress and strain field,failure energy,rolling force and other field variables of the process parameters on the thermoplastic deformation of molybdenum plate were analyzed.The results of numerical simulation show that the experimental scheme has low energy failure value,uniform distribution of stress strain and rolling force,which proves the rationality of multi-pass rolling deformation scheme.At the same time,the analysis of the influence of process parameters provides some ideas for the formulation of multi-pass scheme.Simulation experiments can control and predict the rolling quality of molybdenum plate,reduce both the number of repeated experiments and the cost of experimental research.
