摘 要:基于背散射电子衍射(EBSD)技术,通过分析高纯铝箔成品退火的再结晶立方取向亚晶粒的形核和长大行为,以及晶粒尺寸和取向差的分布规律,研究了微量Zn元素对高压电解电容器阳极铝箔立方织构的影响。实验结果表明,高纯铝箔的再结晶织构主要有立方织构和R织构组分,两种织构组分的体积分数和相对强弱随着Zn含量有规律地变化,当Zn含量较低时,高纯铝箔中立方取向亚结构形核和快速长大的优势不会受到影响,当Zn含量过高时,非立方取向再结晶核心获得更多的生长机会,立方织构体积分数明显下降。Based on the Electron Back-Scattered Diffraction(EBSD)technology,we observed the nucleation and growth of cube grains as well as the information about grain size and misorientation in the high purity aluminum capacitor foils when annealing,and studied the effect of trace Zn element on the evolution of cube texture in the high voltage anode aluminum foils.The experimental results showed that the recrystallization texture after annealing was mainly composed of cube texture and R texture,and the volume fraction and relative strength of the two components changed regularly with the Zn content.When it was low,the advantage of cubic orientation substructure nucleation and rapid grow in high-purity aluminum foil was not affected.In contrast,when the Zn content was too high,the non-cube structure obtained more growth opportunities to form R texture,and the volume fraction of cube texture decreased obviously.
