摘　　要：革命信念是战士情感的集中体现,行为是战士情感的外化表现。全面抗日战争爆发后,在时代背景、外部环境与个人经历等多重因素的交织下,士兵的情感呈现信念坚定与内心迷茫交织的特点。《王恩茂日记》全面展现了全面抗日战争时期八路军基层士兵的情感状态。通过梳理《王恩茂日记》可以看到,全面抗日战争爆发后,一部分士兵信念坚定艰苦奋斗;同时,部分士兵因外部蛊惑等因素而对抗战前途感到迷茫,从而出现逃跑、叛变革命等行为。为了巩固和发展抗日民族统一战线,团结一切力量进行抗战,保证党对军队的绝对领导,就必须聚焦官兵情感变化,把握官兵情感动态,加强思想建设,强化革命理想。Revolutionary belief is the concentrated embodiment of soldier emotion,behavior being the externalization.After the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,under the interweaving of multiple factors such as the historical background,external environment and personal experience,soldiers’emotions showed the characteristics of firm faith and inner confusion.The Diary of Wang Enmao fully shows the emotional state of the grass-roots soldiers of the Eighth Route Army during the all-out war of resistance against Japanese aggression.Through The Diary of Wang Enmao,we can see that in the face of the outbreak of the all-out war of resistance against Japanese aggression,some soldiers were firm in their faith and worked hard.However,some soldiers felt confused about the future of the war because of external influences,and thus ran away or mutinied.In order to consolidate and develop the anti-Japanese national united front,unite all forces in the war of resistance,and ensure the Party’s absolute leadership over the army,we must focus on the emotional changes of officers and soldiers,grasp the emotional dynamics of officers and soldiers,strengthen ideological construction,and strengthen the revolutionary ideal.
