论知识生产民主化对生态文明建设的影响

摘　　要：知识是社会实践的产物,知识生产方式反映并形塑着社会秩序。近代知识生产模式建立在机械自然观的基础之上,是对自然的分割、操纵和征服,最终造成了生态危机。二十世纪末兴起的知识生产民主化,赋予自然以代理人,使自然的利益输入到知识生产决策中,并使之占据重要地位,完成了自然观变革。这种变革不仅是一种理论转向,而且一方面通过对教育影响,引导人们树立生态意识,具有生态情感,认识到生态环境对社会发展的基础和限制作用;另一方面通过对公共政策知识生产和实施的影响,使公共政策目标和行为聚焦于自然利益和环境保护,落实生态文明秩序建设。因此,知识生产民主化有利于生产出服务于生态文明建设的知识、形成生态文明建设需要的责任意识,促使知识生产者从知识走向行动,加快推进生态文明建设。Knowledge is produced by social practices,and knowledge producing methodology reflects and shapes the social order.Modern knowledge production mode is based on a mechanical view of nature and its corresponding methodology represented by the division,manipulation and conquering of nature,and resulting in ecological crisis.Comparatively,the newly upsurge of knowledge production democratization in the late 20 th centuries represents a total new philosophy of nature.It is not only a new theoretical turn,but also makes great impacts on practice.On the one hand,it influences education,which can establish ecological awareness,ecological sentiments and behaviour,and can make people more aware of the basic role of ecological environment and ecological limits in the social development.On the other hand,it influences public policy through knowledge production and decision-making,which can direct public policy aims into considering natural interests and environmental protection,and constructing ecological civilization in practice.To conclude,the democratization of knowledge production is beneficial to producing of knowledge that can serve the construction of ecological civilization,to establishing a strong sense of ecological duty,to promoting knowledge producers from knowledge to action,and to accelerating the construction of ecological civilization.
