通过品读精品年鉴提升年鉴编纂质量的思考

摘　　要：品读中国精品年鉴要加强对精品年鉴的编纂理念、框架设计、资料选择、内容安排、行文特点、观点表述等方面的精读、细品、深悟。通过品读精品年鉴,明确工作方向,坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导年鉴工作实践,坚持运用贯穿其中的立场观点方法观察新时代、把握新时代、记录新时代、讴歌新时代、服务新时代;通过品读精品年鉴感悟和弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神,把爱国主义作为“新时代之鉴”的主题主线,充分发挥其存史、育人、资政的功能;通过品读精品年鉴感悟和弘扬以改革创新为核心的时代精神,全面贯彻新发展理念,强化质量第一观念,将开拓创新精神贯穿打造精品年鉴的全过程,持续推进年鉴事业高质量发展。It is important to grasp the compilation concept,framework design,data selection,content arrangement,writing style and opinion expression in reading the fine yearbooks. By reading fine yearbooks,we should make clear the direction of work,follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,use its stance,viewpoint and methodology to observe,grasp,record,eulogize and serve the new era,promote a national spirit to which patriotism is central,take patriotism as the main theme of “yearbook of the new era”,give full play to its functions of keeping history for the historical reference,aiding the Government and educating people,carry on and promote a spirit of the times centered on reform and innovation,apply a new philosophy of innovative,emphasize the importance of quality comes first,uphold the pioneering spirit and innovation throughout the process of the work of yearbook and local chronicles,and continuously promote high-quality innovative development of the yearbook.
