地方综合年鉴社会部类的框架设计

摘　　要：社会部类是地方综合年鉴的重要组成部分,是自然、政治、经济、文化、社会五大部类的重要部分,涉及民生根本,内涵丰富、地位突出。笔者随机选取17部各级地方综合年鉴,分析各部年鉴关于社会部类相关内容的框架结构、分布特征,指出各地在社会部类的记述范围、框架搭设、层级领属等方面的理解和处理方式各不相同,甚至存在较大分歧。通过梳理界定社会部类的记述范畴,分析社会部类内容在年鉴框架结构上的位置及其逻辑关系,认为社会部类框架设置和相关内容记述应注意在形式上的灵活应用,在结构上的扁平化处理和部门性突破,在条目层级上注意综合性记事条目与单一性特色条目的平衡设置,以此优化提升社会部类框架结构,提升年鉴编纂质量。Social category is an important part of the five major categories of nature,politics,economy,culture and society in the local comprehensive yearbook,which is fundamental to people’s livelihood,with rich connotation and prominent position.The author looked a random sample of 17 local comprehensive yearbooks at all levels.By analyzing framework and distribution features of social category,the study found that the understandings and approaches of the accounts scope,the framework setting and the tier of administration of social category varied from place to place,and there were even big differences.Defining the accounts scope of social category,this paper analyzes the position and the logical relationship of social category in the yearbook framework.The paper points that the framework of social category and related content accounts should pay attention to the flexible application of form,the de-hierarchy of structure,give equal importance to the comprehensive entry and the single entry,so as to improve the framework of social category and the quality of yearbook compilation.
