摘 要:纺织品透湿量测试稳定性较差,对服装企业质量管控形成了风险,为了减少测试结果偏差,对纺织品透湿量测试的影响因素进行研究。选用不同类型的面料样品进行透湿性能测试及对比分析,包括无覆膜针织面料和梭织面料、覆膜针织面料和梭织面料,探讨不同类型纺织面料对透湿量测试结果的影响。结果表明,不同类型纺织面料样品对透湿量测试结果的稳定性影响较大,无覆膜针织面料稳定性最差,覆膜针织面料和无覆膜梭织面料次之,覆膜梭织面料稳定性最好。The testing stability of textile moisture permeability is poor,which poses a risk to the quality control of clothing enterprises.In order to reduce the deviation of testing results,the influencing factors of textile moisture permeability testing are studied.Different types of fabric samples were selected for moisture permeability test and comparative analysis,including non-coated knitted fabric and woven fabric,coated knitted fabric and woven fabric.The influence of different types of textile fabrics on the moisture permeability test results was discussed.It is found that the stability of non-coated knitted fabric is the worst,followed by non-coated knitted fabric and non-coated woven fabric,and the stability of non-coated woven fabric is the best.
