3D Printing Technology and Its Application in the Women’s Knitwear Design

摘　　要：阐述3D打印和针织服装设计的概念、原理,从增材制造、优势互补、非标准化3方面对3D打印技术在针织服装中应用的可行性进行分析。将3D打印在服装设计中的应用方法归纳为3D打印在服装设计中的应用、3D打印在服装配饰中的应用和3D打印面料3部分,并以具体案例分别阐述。采用Stoll ADF530-16BW电脑横机和电脑花型设计软件M1PLUS进行针织部分的创新设计;使用Rhinoceros软件进行3D打印部分的建模设计;用可拆卸式连接完成系列创新设计,改变针织服装造型,展现3D打印的美学特点。最后对新技术在传统行业中的发展进行展望,为针织服装产业的多元化发展提供帮助。This paper expounds the concepts and principles of 3D printing in knitwear design,and analyze the feasibility of 3D printing technology in knitwear production from the three aspects of additive manufacturing,complementary advantages,and non-standardization.The application methods of 3D printing in fashion design are summarized into three parts,including the application of 3D printing in fashion design,the application of 3D printing in accessory design and 3D printed fabrics,and the specific cases are used to explain respectively.Using Stoll ADF530-16BW computerized flat knitting machine and computer pattern design software M1PLUS to carry out the innovative design of knitting,Rhinoceros software to carry out the modeling design of 3D printing and the detachable connection to complete the series of innovative designs,which change the shape of the knitwear,and show the 3D printed Aesthetic characteristics.Finally,it looks forward to the development of new technologies in traditional industries,and provides help for the diversified development of the knitwear industry.
