摘  要:文中主要分析防水剂整理加涂层整理在织物上的防酸碱原理,通过试验确定最佳工艺条件。比较正反面涂层的优缺点,深入探讨防酸碱防静电面料的整个研究开发过程。结果表明,当防水整理剂浓度为110.0 g/L,交联剂浓度为10.0 g/L,采用染色、防水整理、防静电涂层整理的工艺方法,织物的防酸碱性、抗静电性均能达到国家标准,且耐洗性佳,手感良好。This paper mainly analyzes the acid and alkali resistance principle of fluorine-based water repellent finishing and coating finishing on fabrics,and determines the optimal process conditions through experiments.The advantages and disadvantages of the front and back coatings are compared,and the entire research and development process of the polyester-cotton anti-acid and anti-static fabric used in summer is discussed in depth.The experimental results show that when the concentration of waterproof finishing agent is 110.0 g/L,the concentration of crosslinking agent is 10.0 g/L,and the process method is dyeing,waterproof finishing and antistatic coating finishing,the waterproofness,oil resistance,acid resistance and anti-static properties of the fabric all reach the national standard,and the washing resistance is good,which also feels good.
