摘　　要：定形机主要应用于各种纺织面料生产加工过程中的烘干、定形等,其排放的废气具有温度高、湿度大、含油烟以及成分复杂等特性,对大气环境质量、职工身体健康和企业安全生产带来极大危害。文中分析废气的主要成分及现有主要定形机废气处理装置的工艺及优劣,提出新型纤维过滤式定形机废气处理系统,成功应用并取得很好的处理结果和社会效益,其整体装置及部分技术获得实用新型专利。The stenter is mainly used for drying and setting in the production and processing of various textile fabrics.Its exhausted gas has the characteristics of high temperature,high humidity of oil fume and complex composition,which brings great harm to the quality of atmospheric environment,the health of employees and the safe production of enterprises.This article analyzes the main components of waste gas,the process and advantages and disadvantages of the existing waste gas treatment devices as well,and puts forward a new waste gas treatment system of fiber filter,which has been successfully applied and achieved good treatment results and social benefits.The overall device and some technologies have obtained utility model patents.
