电脑横机编织提花花型图案设计及比例控制

摘　　要：针对电脑横机编织提花花型图案比例失真变形的问题,结合斯托尔公司的M1PLUS花型准备系统,介绍提花花型图案的设计方法,分析图案尺寸比例失真变形的原因,阐述提花花型图案比例控制方法。研究指出,根据提花织物的成品密度(横密和纵密)和密度对比系数进行图案设计和像素调整,是控制提花花型图案尺寸比例的有效方法。针对采用专业的针织软件、专业的绘图软件设计提花花型图案,以及将已有的图片作为提花花型图案时,给出提花花型图案比例控制方法。For the problem of the proportion distortion of jacquard pattern knitted by computerized flat knitting machine,combined with the M1PLUS pattern preparation system software,several design methods of jacquard pattern are introduced and the causes of pattern size and proportion distortion are analyzed.The results show that pattern design and pixel adjustment based on the finished product density(horizontal and vertical deisity)and the density contrast coefficient of jacquard fabric are the effective methods to control the size proportion of jacquard pattern.Moreover,the methods of controlling the proportion of jacquard pattern,which designed with professional knitting software,drawing software and the existing picture used as jacquard pattern,were provided.
