针织大圆机车间数智化更换纱架及纱线的探讨

摘　　要：针织车间的数智化改造因行业特点,目前只是停留在单项动作的自动化程度。文章针对换纱这一繁重而又单调的工作进行探索,希望减轻挡车工的繁重劳动。文中提出一种采用AGV小车整体更换纱架的设想,利用自动换纱机械手臂将纱筒装入备用纱架,采用智能化方式将备用纱架整体运送至机器纱架位置,替换原有纱架,达到无人化换纱的目的。文中阐述整体更换纱架的方法流程,针对不同车间布局,提出AGV小车整体更换纱架和行车型AGV整体更换纱架两种方案,旨在改善针织大圆机人工换纱费时费力的现状,希望能引发行业内对大圆机数智化方向上的思考和进步。Due to the characteristics of the knitting industry,the digital and intelligent transformation of the knitting workshop is only limited to the automation of single action.This time,this paper will explore the heavy and monotonous work of yarn bobbin changing,hoping to reduce the heavy labor of the knitters.This paper puts forward an idea of replacing the yarn creel with AGV car as a whole.The automatic mechanical arm is used to load the yarn bobbin into the spare yarn creel,and the intelligent way is used to transport the spare yarn creel as a whole to the machine yarn creel position to replace the original creel,so as to achieve the goal of unmanned yarn replacement.This paper expounds the method and process of overall yarn creel replacement,and puts forward two schemes for the overall replacement of yarn creel by AGV car and travelling crane AGV according to different workshop layouts,aiming at improving the current situation of manual yarn replacement of large circular knitting machine,which is time-consuming and laborious,and hoping to trigger the industry’s thinking and progress on the intelligent direction of large circular knitting machine.
