纬编运动压力袜的设计与制备

摘　　要：采用18.22 tex(32~S)棉纱、11.11 tex(100#)橡筋线和30/70氨纶涤纶包覆纱,在144针/9.53 cm的振兴MD-C312A一体圆袜机上,从款式(包括长度、色彩、图案)和组织两方面设计制备3款纬编运动压力袜。详细介绍纬编运动压力袜的设计要点、工艺参数设置以及各部位编织方法,并上机编织成品,测试相关服用性能。结果表明,3款纬编运动压力袜测试点的压力值均在标准压力值以内,符合标准要求,并且试样均具有良好的透气透湿性能。该研究可以为之后纬编运动压力袜的设计开发提供思路。Using 18.22 tex(32)cotton yarn,11.11 tex(100#)rubber band and 30/70 spandex covered yarn,three weft knitted compressive sports socks are designed and prepared on MD-C312A,a 144 G/9.53 cm integrated hosiery machine of Zhenxin Machinery Company,from the aspects of style(length,color and pattern)and structures.The design key points,process parameters setting and knitting methods of various parts of weft knitted compressive sports socks are introduced in detail,and the finished products are knitted by machine to test the related wearing performance.The results show that the test pressure values of the three weft knitted compressive sports socks are within the standard pressure values,which meet the standard requirements,and the samples have good permeability and moisture permeability.This study can provide ideas for the design and development of weft knitted compressive sports socks.
