摘　　要：高强度低变形全棉针织平幅冷堆染整面料为100%精梳长绒棉纱,面料柔软光洁、强力好、尺寸稳定。文中介绍了全棉针织布冷堆前处理的研究试验,相比缸内绳状前处理,探讨了强力、白度、毛效及布面效果及节能减排效果。结果表明,平幅冷堆前处理的全棉针织面料经染色、后整理加工,得色均匀、色牢度好,有效提升了染缸的产能,全方位提升了全棉针织面料的各项服用性能和品质档次,节能减排效果明显。The cold pad dyeing and finishing fabric of high strength and low deformation cotton knitting is100%combed long-staple cotton yarn.The fabric is soft and clean,with good strength and stable size.This paper introduces the research and experiment of cold reactor pretreatment of cotton knitted cloth.Compared with rope pretreatment in cylinder,the strength,whiteness,wool effect and cloth surface effect,energy saving and emission reduction effect are discussed.The results show that,after dyeing and post-finishing,the all-cotton knitted fabric treated by open-width cold reactor has uniform color and good color fastness,which effectively improves the production capacity of the dye VAT,comprehensively improves the wearing performance and quality grade of allcotton knitted fabric,and has obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
