摘 要:为了改善金属裸丝在可穿戴设备电路中应用的不足,利用多功能细纱机纺制不锈钢丝包芯纱。以3股单根直径为0.02 mm的超细不锈钢丝为芯丝,棉短纤作为鞘层制备包芯纱,并进一步制备针织物电路,对包芯纱及针织物电路的力学及电学性能等进行测试。结果表明:不锈钢丝包芯纱断裂强度接近不锈钢裸丝,且包芯纱芯丝具有与不锈钢裸丝相近的电学性能;不锈钢丝包芯纱具有较好的编织性能,可用于针织物电路的制备;由于弹性纱的引入及针织物特殊的线圈结构,织物电路具有较好的弹性回复性;不锈钢丝包芯纱制备的织物电路在单向拉伸时具有优异的导电稳定性;织物电路可用于传感器的连接并传输信号。In order to improve the application of bare metal wire in wearable device circuit,the wrapped yarn with stainless steel wire as core is spun by multi-functional spinning frame.The wrapped yarn is prepared with 3strands of ultra-fine stainless steel wire with a diameter of 0.02 mm as core and cotton staple fiber as sheath,and then conductive knitted fabric is further prepared.The results show that the breaking strength of stainless steel wire core yarn is close to that of stainless steel wire and the core yarn has similar electrical properties to that of stainless steel wire.The core yarn has better knitting performance and can be used in the preparation of conductive knitted fabric.The fabric circuit has better elastic recovery due to the introduction of elastic yarn and the special loop structure of knitted fabric.The object circuit can be used to connect the sensors and transmit the signals.
