摘　　要：介绍异型截面再生纤维素纤维长丝的制备,从异型截面的选择、工艺路线的设计、工艺参数的确定等方面进行分析,并对纺丝过程中的问题进行原因分析和解决,对生产工艺、参数控制以及喷丝头、玻璃管等主要配件进行调整,开发出物理指标合格、截面形态完整的Z形截面黏胶纤维长丝。结果表明,该丝条截面形态完整,可纺性良好,对下一步进行多孔、粗旦异型截面的试验具有重要指导意义。This paper introduced the preparation of regenerated cellulose filament with special cross-sections mainly in terms of special cross-section selection,technological route design and determination of the process parameters,and analyzed the problems happened in the spinning process and the reasons and solutions as well.It successfully developed the viscose filament with Z shaped cross-section and good physical properties through controlling the production process,parameter and spinneret,and adjusting the glass tube.The results show that the cross section shape of the filament is complete and the spinnability is good,which has important guiding significance for the next test of porous and coarse denier cross section.
