摘 要:针对国产设备运行过程中状态自检测、故障自诊断等方面智能化程度不高,行业内现有针织设备状态在线检测方面应用性低且研究对象具有局限性等现状,结合纬编针织机编织过程织针与三角的工作机理,研究多普勒激光测振仪检测原理,搭建测振平台,实现对纬编针织机编织过程三角振动特性的非接触式检测,得到三角在不同针筒转速下的振动响应频率特性曲线。结果表明:各速度下三角沿针筒径向方向前3阶测试振动响应频率误差率较低,最大不超过3.4%,证明基于多普勒激光测振仪所得编织过程纬编针织机三角振动特性具有较高准确率,为从振动层面实现织针断针、漏针等故障的在线诊断提供理论及试验依据。In view of the low degree of intelligence in self-detection and fault self-diagnosis during the operation of domestic equipment and the research object limitation,etc.,considering the working mechanism of the knitting needles and cam system in combination with weft knitting machine knitting process,in this paper,the detection principle of the Doppler laser vibrometer is studied,the vibration measurement platform is built,and the realization of non-contact detection of the cam system vibration characteristics of the weft knitting machine during the knitting process and the vibration response frequency characteristic curve in the cam system at different cylinder rotating speeds is obtained.The experimental results show that the error rate of the first three-order vibration response frequency of the cam along the radial direction of the cylinder at different speed is relatively low,and the maximum does not exceed 3.4%.It is proved that the cam system vibration characteristics of the weft knitting machine in the knitting process based on the doppler laser vibrometer have high accuracy,which provides theoretical and experimental basis for realizing the online diagnosis of broken needles,missing needles and other faults from the vibration level.
