摘　　要：为改善和解决经编Sensual Sheen面料压模后白印问题,采用单一变量法设计相关试验,分别阐述组织结构、送经量、预定形温度和成品定形助剂对压模后白印问题的影响。结果表明,减小氨纶送经量和成品定形采用硅软油对压模后白印问题有较大改善;通过分析解决方案,阐述压模后白印产生的原因,并对解决方案进行总结。In order to improve and solve the problem of white mark defect on warp knitted sensual sheen fabric after mold pressing,13 experiments are designed by single variable method.The effects of the structure,warp runin,performed temperature and accessory ingredients on the problem of white mark defect are discussed.Through testing and data analysis,the results show that tightening the spandex run-in and finishing products using silicone have greatly improved the quality.By analyzing the solution,the cause of the problem is found,and the solution is summarized.
