摘  要:为了探究经编运动面料的综合服用性能,选用3组不同原料组织与后整理方式的21种经编贾卡面料,对其耐磨性、刚柔性、保温性、透湿性、透气性进行测试。综合以上性能指标,通过模糊综合评价方法判断面料的综合性能,并结合组织、原料、助剂这3个影响因素进行分析。结果表明:当贾卡织物的网眼大小在3~5孔时,面料的综合性能最佳;纱线线密度较小的组织透气透湿性能较好;后整理过程中添加吸湿排汗助剂面料的透湿性能优于未添加助剂的面料。In order to explore the comprehensive wearability of warp-knitted sports fabrics,21 kinds of jacquard fabrics with 3 groups of different materials and finishing methods are selected to test the abrasion resistance,rigidity,warmth-retention,moisture permeability and air permeability.Based on the above performance indicators,the comprehensive properties of all fabrics are evaluated by the method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.And the results are analyzed by combining with three influence factors such as stitch structure,materials and auxiliaries.The results show that when the mesh size is 3~5 stitches,the overall performance of the fabric is the best,the air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabrics with fine yarns are better,and the moisture perneability of the fabric with moisture absorption and sweat elimination additives is better than that of the fabric without additives.
