新型纤维艾尔棉在针织面料中的应用

摘　　要：将科技创新、绿色环保的Solucell(速溶丝)与传统棉纤维结合进行改造及赋能,生产出Solucel Air(艾尔棉)新型原料,从而拓展出更广阔的使用空间。文中利用Solucell速溶丝与棉结合,分别开发了艾尔棉轻薄保暖面料,包括:轻量保暖卫衣面料、轻柔保暖毛巾布面料,以及艾尔棉单向导湿面料,包括:单向导湿小毛圈面料、单向导湿双面网眼面料。详细介绍面料的编织工艺、染整工艺,并对面料各项性能进行测试。结果表明:使用艾尔棉开发的针织面料手感柔软,轻而不薄,可以透湿导湿,也可以隔热保暖,具有良好的市场应用前景。Solucell air cotton is transformed from the new scientific and technological innovation,green solucell combined the traditional cotton fiber,which empowers and expands its application scope.In this paper,the combination of solucell air cotton and normal cotton is used to develop solucell air cotton lightweight thermal fabrics including lightweight thermal sweater fleecy fabric and soft thermal terry fabric,and also the solucell air cotton based one-way moisture transferring fabric,which includes one-way moisture transferring terry fabric and one-way moisture transferring double-sided mesh fabric.The knitting and dyeing process of the fabric are introduced in detail,and the performance of the fabric is tested.The results show that the knitted fabric developed by solucell air cotton has a soft feel,light but not thin,which is permeable to moisture and bears heat insulation property.The developed fabric has a good market application prospect.
