嵌入纺麻锦复合纱速干袜的设计与开发

摘　　要：以苎麻粗纱条和锦纶长丝为原料,采用嵌入纺纱技术,纺制嵌入纺19.00 tex苎麻锦纶复合纱,再辅以锦纶氨纶包芯纱等原料,分别在国产电脑毛圈织袜机和电脑平板织袜机上开发毛圈袜底平针袜面、平针袜底网眼袜面两款具有吸汗速干、透气干爽功能的袜子。介绍嵌入纺麻锦复合纱基本技术原理,阐述两款袜子各部位组织结构设计、纱线原料配置、主要上机工艺参数,以及试验编织情况等。并对两款速干袜的吸湿速干性以及规格尺寸进行测试。结果表明:所开发的两款袜品在吸湿性和水分扩散速干性方面都比常规棉袜更优良。该项产品的研发拓展了苎麻袜的种类和风格,为功能袜的开发提供了参考。Using ramie roving and nylon filament as raw materials,19.00 tex ramie/nylon composite yarn is spun with embedded spinning technology.Adding nylon and spandex core-spun yarn and other yarn as accessories,two kinds of socks with the functions of sweat absorbing,quick-drying and breathability are designed and developed respectively on the domestic computer hosiery knitting machine and computer flat hosiery knitting machine,including hosiery plush sole with plain stitch and plain stitch sole with mesh stitch.It introduces the basic technical principle of ramie and nylon composite yarn embedded spinning in this paper,also expounds the structure design in each part of the two socks,the configuration of yarn material and the main parameters of the machine,and the tests knitting conditions.The results show that the two socks are better than the conventional cotton socks in terms of moisture absorption and moisture diffusion drying.The research and development of this product expands the types and styles of ramie socks and provides a reference for the development of functional socks.
