摘 要:采用文献和主成分分析方法,研究了藏药熏倒牛主要活性物质的其他来源和现代药理作用,最后总结归纳出藏药熏倒牛的现代药理作用。结果表明,藏药熏倒牛10种主要的活性物质,广泛分布于菊科、伞形科、芸香科、瑞香科、桑科、唇形科、毛茛科和大戟科等60个科的196种植物中,特别是伞形花内酯、β-石竹烯、β-谷甾醇等几种活性物质,在其他植物中的分布十分广泛;藏药熏倒牛的现代生理作用,主要体现在抗氧化、防衰老、抗癌、消炎、抑菌、护肝、降压、驱虫、杀虫和镇痛等方面。因此,对藏药熏倒牛主要化学成分的现代药理学研究,可为该藏药资源的充分开发利用,提供理论依据。By using literature and principal component analysis,the other sources and modern pharmacological actions of the main active substances of Tibetan medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon were studied.The results showed that the 10 main active substances of Tibetan Medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon were widely distributed in 196 species of 60 families including Compositae,Umbelliferae,Rutaceae,Daphne,Moraceae,labiatae,Ranunculaceae and Euphorbiaceae,especially Umbelliferone,several active substances,such asβ-Caryophyllene and B-sitosterol,are widely distributed in other plants,mainly in antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,bacteriostasis,liver protection,blood pressure,deworming,insecticidal and analgesic and so on.Therefore,the modern pharmacological study on the main chemical constituents of the Tibetan medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon,can provide a theoretical basis for the full development and utilization of the Tibetan medicine resources.
