摘　　要：土家医毒气学说理论及毒气病诊治技术散落于土家族民间千百年,在民间土家医中运用,有一定的学术价值和较好的临床疗效,值得发掘整理、发展、提高和创新,使之成为土家医一个特色学科。项目组经过近20年文献和田野调研及临床运用研究,形成了天毒、玍毒和蔫毒三大类,风毒、寒毒、热毒和火毒等十八小类病因;机体包气与毒邪一体成为新的致病因子,造成气窜、气积、气结、毒瘀、毒积,使气血逆乱、精损神伤的主要病机;形成识症辨毒、量毒施药、对抗降解、以毒攻毒四大诊治原则。在临床上制定攻毒法、败毒法、赶毒法等十二种治法,整理了天毒疾、玍毒疾和蔫毒疾103种常见毒邪病证治规律,整理出400余种治毒药物及219个治毒方药。在历代土家医继承和发展下,在国内广大土家医药工作者及科研人员不懈努力下,通过传承和创新研究,构建了土家医毒气病学科,丰富了土家医药学。The toxicity and the diagnosis and therapy technology of toxicity diseases of Tujia medicine have been scattered among the Tujia people for thousands of years.The application in folk Tujia medicine has certain academic value and good clinical curative effect.It is worth exploring,sorting,developing,improving and innovating,so as to make it the characteristics of Tujia medicine.After nearly 20 years of literature,field research and clinical application research,the project team has formed three categories of named Tiandu(weather toxicity),Gadu(metabolizing product toxicity),Niandu(natural material toxicity).And 18 sub categories of toxicity such as wind,cold,heat,fire and so on;The integration of Qi and toxin and evil has become a new pathogenic factor,resulting in gas channeling,gas accumulation,gas knot,poison stasis and poison accumulation,making Qi and blood disordered,which is the main pathogenesis of essence damage and mental injury.And has form four diagnosis and treatment principles:identifying symptoms and identifying toxins,applying drugs in quantity,resisting degradation,and attacking toxins with toxins.In clinical practice,12 kinds of treatment methods such as attacking,detoxifying and expelling were formulated,and 103 kinds of common toxin and evil diseases were reorganized,more than 400 kinds of drugs and 219 prescriptions were sorted out.Under the inheritance and development of Tujia medicine in previous dynasties and the unremitting efforts of domestic Tujia medical workers and scientific researchers,through inheritance and innovative research,the discipline of Tujia medicine toxicity disease has been constructed through inheritance and innovative research,which enriches Tujia medicine.
