摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定石榴日轮丸中羟基红花黄色素A含量的方法。方法:采用菲罗门Titank C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸(26∶2∶72);流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长403 nm,柱温30℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.1125~1125μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=3.397114e4X+2.7411e4,R^(2)=0.999989。平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为5.36%(n=9)。结论:该方法科学、简便、专属性较强,可有效控制石榴日轮丸中羟基红花黄色素A的质量。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflower yellow A in Shiliurilun pills by HPLC.Method:Column was Phenomennex Titank C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7%phosphoric acid solution(26∶2∶72),with flow rate 1 mL/min,detection wavelength 403nm,the column temperature was 30℃.Results:The linear relationship between curcumin and peak area was good in the range of 0.1125~1125μg/mL.The regression equation was Y=3.397114e4X+2.7411e4,R^(2)=0.999989,the average recovery was 101.6%,and the RSD was 5.36%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is scientific,simple and specific,which can effectively control the quality of hydroxysafflower yellow A in Shiliuri Lun pills.
