摘 要:为提升军事供应链网络保障效能,解决多层次、多目标供应链网络优化问题,首先从结构、储备、调度3个层面对保障效能优化问题进行了分析,而后基于军事供应链网络基础模型,建立了符合作战保障实际的作战(保障)影响程度优化目标函数,构建了反映军事后勤供应链特性的“结构-储备-调度”联合优化模型,并提出探索性仿真分析求解方法,最后以作战油料保障为例进行仿真分析,结果表明该优化模型可行有效。In order to improve the support efficiency of military supply chain network and solve the optimization problem of multi-level and multi-objective supply chain network,firstly,the optimization problem of support efficiency is analyzed from three aspects of structure,reserve and scheduling.Then,based on the basic model of military supply chain network,the optimization objective function of operational(support)influence degree is established,which accords with the operational support reality,the structure-reserve-scheduling joint optimization model reflecting the characteristics of military logistics supply chain is constructed,and an exploratory simulation analysis solution method is proposed.Finally,the simulation analysis is conducted by taking the combat POL support as an example,and the results show that the optimization model is feasible and effective.
