摘  要:针对弹药库区安全防控的迫切需求,以携带非致命武器的旋翼无人机平台为核心,综合自主式航路规划、可疑目标探测与识别、自动安全投射等关键技术,设计一体化智能防控无人机系统。采用预训练卷积神经网络卷积层提取目标特征,建立可疑目标识别算法;基于紫外探测技术实现了较远距离的微弱火源探测与识别技术;结合人工势场法和蚁群算法进行了自主式路径规划;采用冷气发射方法,在内弹道分析的基础上研发了35 mm安全冷发射模块;基于以上关键技术设计智能防控无人机系统,并开展了飞行验证试验。结果表明:该一体化智能防控无人机系统可实现多场景下人车混合目标和不同形态火源目标的有效识别和处置。In view of the urgent needs of safety prevention and control in the ammunition reservoir area,an integrated intelligent prevention and control UAV system is designed with the rotor UAV platform carrying non lethal weapons as the core and integrating key technologies such as autonomous route planning,suspicious target detection and identification,automatic safety projection and so on.The convolution neural network convolution layer is used to extract the target features,and the suspicious target recognition algorithm is established;Based on ultraviolet detection technology,the detection and identification technology of weak fire source in a long distance is realized;Combined with artificial potential field method and ant colony algorithm,autonomous path planning is carried out;Using the cold air launch method,a 35 mm safe cold launch module is developed based on the internal ballistic analysis;Based on the above key technologies,the intelligent prevention and control UAV system is designed,and the flight verification test is carried out.The results show that the integrated intelligent prevention and control UAV system can realize the effective identification and disposal of man vehicle mixed targets and different forms of fire source targets in multiple scenes.
