多种激素检测评估输卵管妊娠患者术后卵巢储备功能的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析输卵管妊娠患者术后通过多种激素检测评估评价卵巢储备功能,为科室工作开展提供参考。方法选取本院2018年3月-2019年12月期间的患者,从中抽取治疗的输卵管妊娠患者作为研究对象,符合研究纳入条件者90例,两组患者采用不同的手术方法治疗,对照组进行保守手术治疗,观察组在腹腔镜下进行输卵管切除手术治疗,术后对两组患者在第1、3、6个月进行随访,抽取静脉血检测卵泡激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇和抗苗勒管激素、抑制素水平。结果对照组患者的卵泡激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平明显低于观察组,组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者在术后第1、3、6个月的抗苗勒管激素、抑制素检测结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论从本次对输卵管妊娠患者术后多种激素检测水平评估结果可见,术后对患者卵巢储备功能有一定影响。Objective To study and analyze ovarian reserve function evaluation of tubal pregnancy patients after operation,and provide work reference for the department.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with tubal pregnancy from March 2018 to December 2019 as study subjects,with different surgical methods.Control group was treated with conservative surgery,and observation group with salpingectomy under laparoscope.Patients in two groups were followed up at the 1st,3rd and 6th months after surgery.Follicle hormone,Luteinizing hormone,estradiol,anti Mullerian hormone and inhibin levels were detected by taking venous blood.Results Levels of follicle hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol in control group were significantly lower than observation group(P<0.05);results of anti mullerian hormone and inhibin in observation group were significantly higher than control group at the 1st,3rd and 6th months after operation,(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be seen from evaluation results of multiple hormones levels of tubal pregnancy patients after operation that ovarian reserve function of patients can be affected after operation.
