康妇消炎栓联合盆底磁疗治疗盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的研究康妇消炎栓联合盆底磁疗对盆腔炎导致的慢性疼痛的治疗效果。方法选择2019年11月-2020年11云南省曲靖市第一人民医院收治的90例盆腔炎患者作为观察对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组仅使用康妇消炎栓进行治疗,观察组使用康妇消炎栓联合盆底磁疗的组合方式进行治疗,将两组患者的疼痛情况进行统计。结果治疗结束后,观察组治疗有效率为95.56%(43/45),对照组治疗有效率为77.78%(35/45),两组治疗有效率对比分析,实验组较高,数据存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者进行疼痛评估的评分低于对照组患者,数据之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛缓解时间短于对照组患者,数据之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者临床症状及体征对比分析可见,观察组较低,数据存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎引起的慢性疼痛可以使用康妇消炎栓联合盆底磁疗的方式进行治疗,不仅对患者的症状进行缓解,能有效降低患者的疼痛感,具有实用性,可以进行临床普及。Objective To study curative effect of Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy on chronic pain caused by pelvic inflammation.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with pelvic inflammation treated in Qujing City the First People’s Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 as observation objects,and divided them into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository only,and observation group with Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy.Pains between two groups was counted.Results After treatment,effective rate of observation group was 95.56%(43/45)and that of control group was 77.78%(35/45).Effective rate comparison and analysis bewteen two groups showed,that of experimental group was higher,data were statistically different(P<0.05).Pain assessment scores in observation group were lower than control group,there was statistical difference between the data,(P<0.05).Pain relief time of observation group was shorter than control group,there was statistical difference between the data,(P<0.05).Comparative analysis of clinical symptoms and signs between two groups showed that that of observation group was lower,data were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic pains caused by pelvic inflammation can be treated by Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy,can alleviate symptoms,reduce pain of patients effectively,which is practical and can be promoted in clinical practice.
